Dampak Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Terhadap Kondisi Sosial dan Ekonomi Penduduk di Desa Era Kabupaten Morowali Utara Tahun 2006 dan 2018

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying and mapping land-use change and measure the impact of land use change in the Era Village District Mori Utara Kabupaten Morowali Utara on social and economic conditions of the population. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive research using survey method. Data analysis in this research is the analysis of geographic information system analysis and descriptive. The results of this study showed that the use of land in the Village of the Era of change, during the period of twelve years (2006-2018), the number of land-use change in the Era Village has undergone a change of 10,249 Acres with the type of land use that has an additional area in the settlements amounting to 4,555 Ha, the palm oil company that is equal to 2,100 Ha. While the wetland decreased the area of 2,814 Ha, land gardens a mixture decreased the area of 780 Hectares. And economic conditions of the population of the Village Era for this type of work as farmers amounting to a percentage of 100% and income 500.000 – 1.000.000 with a percentage of 19%, the income 1.000.000 – 2.000.000 with a percentage of 25% and income >3 jt with a percentage of 56%.
