PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PERSEORANGAN DAN KELOMPOK KECIL (PPKK) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII A MTs NEGERI I TOLITOLI PADA MATERI PERSENTASE UNTUNG DAN RUGI

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan utama dari Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Perseorangan dan Kelompok Kecil (PPKK) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIA MTs Negeri I Tolitoli pada materi persentase untung dan rugi. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data aktivitas guru dan siswa melalui lembar observasi, hasil wawancara,  hasil catatan lapangan dan tes akhir tindakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran perseorangan dan kelompok kecil (PPKK) dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: : (1) pembukaan, (2) aktivitas perseorangan, (3) aktivitas kelompok, (4) kuis evaluasi (tes akhir tindakan) dan, (5) penutup. Dari hasil analisis tes akhir tindakan siklus I dan siklus II yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa kelas VII A yang berjumlah 25 orang menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I siswa masih kurang memahami materi persentase untung dan rugi sehingga ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 80%,  kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 92%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II yang telah berhasil mencapai persentase ketuntasan klasikal yang diharapkan yaitu ≥ 70%. Pada aktivitas guru dan siswa pada siklus I berada dalam ketegori baik, sedangkan pada siklus II berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada aktivitas guru dan siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II yang telah berhasil mencapai kategori yang diharapkan yaitu dari baik ke sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Pembelajaran Perseorangan dan Kelompok Kecil (PPKK) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persentase untung dan rugi di Kelas VII A MTs Negeri I Tolitoli.

Abstract: The main purpose of the Implementation of Individual and Small-Scale Learning Model (PPKK) is to improve students' learning outcomes at grade VIIA MTs Negeri I Tolitoli on percentage material profit and loss. The study design refers to the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart, which consists of four components, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation and (4) reflection. Data collected were teacher and student activity data through observation sheet, interview result, field note result and final test of action. The study was conducted using individual and small group learning model (PPKK) by following steps: (1) opening, (2) individual activity, (3) group activity, (4) quiz evaluation (final test of action) and, (5) cover. From result of analysis of final test of action of cycle I and cycle II that followed by all student of class VII A which amounted to 25 people indicate that in cycle I student still less comprehend material percentage of profit and loss so that its classical completeness reach 80%, then in cycle II have improvement with classical completeness reaching 92%. This shows that there is an increase of learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II which has succeeded to reach the expected percentage of classical thoroughness that is ≥ 70%. In the activity of teachers and students in cycle I are in good category, while in cycle II is in very good category. This indicates that there is an increase in the activity of teachers and students from cycle I to cycle II who have successfully achieved the expected category that is from good to very good. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of Individual and Small-group Learning Model (PPKK) can improve student learning outcomes on the material percentage of profit and loss in Class VII A MTs Negeri I Tolitoli. Keywords: Individual and Small Group Learning Model (PPKK), Learning Outcomes, Profit and Loss Percentage.
