Abstract

At present, all countries in the world including Indonesia still face in difficult situation due to  covid-19 outbreak. In Indonesia, regional election (pilkada) is required to be held suitable with the schedule since Indonesia is a democratic country where the leader of community is selected based on  the voice of people. To conduct the election, governmnet advise to do the health  protocol for all people during in election place (TPS). However, the participation of people specially in citizen in Palu significantly decreases. This issue is caused by the pandemic covid19 where the people do not come in TPS to prevent new infection. Therefore, to handle this problem, government needs to create a new policy to increase the election participation of the society in Palu.
