KOLABORASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM TEACHING DAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NHT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI PROGRAM LINEAR

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching  dengan kooperatif tipe Number Head Together (NHT) pada materi program linear untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 5 Palu. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 5 Palu yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini adalah 28 siswa dan dipilih tiga siswa sebagai informan. Pada penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 5 Palu pada materi program linear mengalami peningkatan, yaitu hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa siklus I berada pada kategori baik sedangkan pada siklus II hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik. Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan klasikal adalah 71% sedangkan siklus II persentase ketuntasan klasikal adalah 76%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kolaborasi  model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching  dengan kooperatif tipe Number Head Together (NHT)dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi program linear kelas XI MIA 4 SMA Negeri 5 Palu. Langkah-langkah kolaborasi model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dan kooperatif tipe NHT, yaitu: (1) fase tumbuhkan  (Quantum Teaching), (2) kolaborasi fase alami (Quantum Teaching) dengan fase penomoran (NHT) dan fase mengajukan pertanyaan (NHT), (3) kolaborasi fase namai (Quantum Teaching) dengan fase berpikir bersama (NHT), (4) kolaborasi fase demonstrasikan (Quantum Teaching) dengan fase memanggil nomor anggota atau pemberian jawaban (NHT), (5) fase ulangi (Quantum Teaching ), (6) fase rayakan (Quantum Teaching).

Abstrack: This study aims to obtain a description of the application of collaborative Quantum Teaching learning models with cooperative type Number Head Together (NHT) on linear program material to improve learning outcomes of XI MIA 4 students in SMA Negeri 5 Palu. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which refers to the research design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI MIA 4 of SMA 5 Palu who were registered in the 2018/2019 school year. The number of subjects in this study were 28 students and three students were selected as informants. In the research that has been carried out, it is obtained that the learning outcomes of class XI MIA 4 students of SMA 5 Palu in the linear program material have increased, namely the results of observations of the activities of teachers and students in the first category in the second cycle. very good category. In the first cycle the percentage of classical completeness was 71% while the second cycle of classical completeness was 76%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of collaborative Quantum Teaching learning model cooperatively type Number Head Together (NHT) can improve student learning outcomes in the linear XI MIA 4 class program material at SMA Negeri 5 Palu. The steps for collaborating the Quantum Teaching and cooperative learning model of the NHT type, namely: (1) the growing phase (Quantum Teaching), (2) natural phase collaboration (Quantum Teaching) with the numbering phase (NHT) and the questioning phase (NHT), ( 3) named phase collaboration (Quantum Teaching) with the shared thinking phase (NHT), (4) demonstration phase collaboration (Quantum Teaching) with phases calling member numbers or giving answers (NHT), (5) repeat phase (Quantum Teaching), (6) celebration phase (Quantum Teaching).
