Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 KK dengan sampel 19 KK. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis sistem informasi geografi dan analisis deskrptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) penggunaan lahan di desa Era Kecamatan Mori Utara Kabupaten Morowali Utara mengalami perubahan. Selama kurun waktu dua belas tahun (2006-2018) jumlah perubahan penggunaan lahan di Desa Era telah mengalami perubahan sebesar 10,249 Hektar. (2) Kondisi ekonomi penduduk Desa Era, untuk jenis pekerjaan berdasarkan jawaban dari responden yang menyatakan sebagai petani berada pada presentase 100%.</p><p><em>This study aims to identify and map land use changes in Era Village, North Mori District, North Morowali Regency and measure the effect of land use changes in Era Village, North Mori District, North Morowali Regency on the social and economic conditions of the population. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research using survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 50 families with a sample of 19 families. Analysis of the data in this study is the analysis of geographic information systems and descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the land use in Era Village, North Mori District, North Morowali Regency underwent changes. During a period of twelve years (2006-2018) the number of changes in land use in Era Village has changed by 10,249 hectares. (2) The economic condition of the residents of Era Village, for the type of work based on the answers from respondents who stated that they were farmers, the percentage was 100%.</em></p> ER -
