The results the author obtained in this author's writing, include the citizenship status of the child who must get protection by registering a mixed marriage that is carried out so that the rights of the child cannot be violated even though the mixed marriage between the two parents broke up due to divorce. Furthermore, the legal implications for the citizenship status of children who do not receive protection due to the law of children's rights can be violated if there is a divorce between the two parents who have a mixed marriage. Thus it can be concluded that protection of the citizenship status of the child is urgently needed so that the rights of the child are not violated when there is a divorce of parents in a mixed marriage. If this is not done, the consequences of children's rights can be violated when a divorce occurs so the child will find it difficult to fight for his rights.
Putri Regina Titania Inggile Copyright (c) 2022 Putri Regina Titania Inggile https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2022-12-31 2022-12-31 10 2 1 14
