(2) To identify the fulfillment of citizens’ rights in the management of Vatu Mapida tourist attraction in Enu Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the words, and actions of informants the rest is additional data such as other documents with purposive techniques. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that (1) The form of citizen participation in the management of the Vatu Mapida Enu tourist attraction, namely: Maintain cleanliness, Maintain parking and security, Maintain Wc / bathroom facilities, Provide tourist support facilities, Comply with village government regulations by maintaining cleanliness and safety of tourism and following the beach clean movement schedule. 2) Fulfillment of citizens’ rights in the management of Vatu Mapida Enu tourist attraction has been fulfilled including the right to get wages for their work, get legal protection from the actions of tourists with bad ethics, get opportunities in business, open rental services to support tourist activities, and get legal protection in business.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;}, number={2}, journal={Edu Civic}, author={Ika Huljanna and Kaharuddin Nawing}, year={2022}, month={Jun.}, pages={69–81} }
