Abstract

This research aims to (1) describe adolescent perceptions about free sex. Analysis of Pancasila moral values in Bulu Mario Village, Sarudu Sub-district. (2) determine the factors that cause free sex among adolescents in Bulu Mario Village. This is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 14 people consisting of teenagers, parents, village heads, religious leaders, and community leaders living in Bulu Mario Village. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion. The results showed that (1) adolescents in Bulu Mario Village generally had a negative perception of free sex. They argue that free sex contradicts Pancasila values, such as divinity and human values. These adolescent perceptions are supported by community leaders, religious leaders, parents, and village heads. (2) The factors causing free sex among adolescents are the negative influence of mass media, lack of parental attention, negative impacts from peers, and low religious values. These things trigger them to behave freely and violate norms.
